Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. We cannot deliver to post boxes. In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are charged only once.
We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 19:00 CET (excluding public holidays). The goods are ready for dispatch no later than 5 – 10 business days after receiving the order.

No additional taxes or duties are due for all goods sent within the European Union. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore stated as gross prices but do not include import duties.

For orders up to 500 Eur – 20 Eur

Rest of the world – 25 Eur
Currently there is no free delivery for destinations outside EU

Returning an item or an entire order

We hope you are happy with your order. If this is not the case, you can easily return your purchased items (including reduced items) within 14 days of delivery (the date of receipt of the order).
The return of the order is at Client’s expenses.

In order to return the goods, the Client shall notify KNAPP expressly in writing within 14 days as of delivery. We recommend that you use our sample form for this purpose. You can send us an email in free text, as well. Afterwards, please return the goods to us within the said 14-days term.

We cannot exchange any articles. If you wish to exchange them, please return the original items and place a new order.

Put the item you want to return back in your package. Close the package carefully. Send the package to:

As soon as we have received the package, you will receive a confirmation. All confirmed returns will be immediately refunded, upon receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used to make the purchase, in the same currency as the purchase. The amount will be refunded, without additional expenses, except: (i) those for the express delivery exceeding the ordinary delivery costs, in case you have chosen an express delivery option, as well as (ii) the expenses for return of the goods.

• The right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and undamaged items from which the tags have not been removed.
•  The return will be made in one shipment. So if you want to return multiple items, they must be sent back to KNAPP in a single shipment.
•  The return is made with the shipping service provider at your expense
•  Personalized items, as well as goods supplied which were sealed and which have been unsealed by the client and are not then suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, are non-returnable.

After we have received your withdrawn request and return of the goods, we will inform you by e-mail about the credit to be made. The refund will be made immediately. Please note:

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase
• The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase
• The refund time depends on the payment method or credit card used
• If you made your purchase using a promotional coupon, you will be refunded the amount actually paid that was billed to you after the coupon was applied. The promotional voucher then loses its validity.
•If you made your purchase using a promotional coupon and return part of your order, you will receive a pro rata refund proportional to the coupon value.
